Java Full Stack Engineer - Professional

Possess expert level skills in Java, AWS, microservices, enterprise application integration, critical thinking and problem solving. • Implement product capabilities on Debt and derivative securities as part of a Transformation effort to unify trading experience in Treasury. • Be part of an agile team, adhering to standard processes and following existing working agreements concentrating on continuous improvement. • Support application operations in productions by triaging issues and providing solutions as needed. • Be a proactive team member by being available based on teams working agreements and supporting team in ensuring we practice a smooth DevSecOps practice. • Be able to support greenfield and legacy applications as needed by the team. Application Developer performs high complexity (i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles. Skills: 1) Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 2) Solid knowledge of the programming language(s), application server, database server and/or architecture of the system being developed 3) Solid understanding of current programming languages and employs any/all of these languages to solve the business needs of FNM's internal customers 4) Knowledge of one or more of the following: J2EE, Java, EJB, ASP, PowerBuilder, C, C++, SQL, CGI, Windows, NT, Visual Basic, Oracle, Sybase, MQ Series Education/Work Experience: 1) Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field 2) Professional certification(s) desired 10+ years software development experience across the appropriate platform 1) Solid IT background and experience. 2) Experience as a application developer for projects similar in scope and responsibility"
