The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The Impact you will have in this role:
The DTCC Consulting Services Trade Reporting Specialist Associate Director will be responsible for unparalleled client service, project management, and subject matter expertise in the regulatory reporting space
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-impact consulting projects for financial services clients, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Map trade data from client internal systems to regulatory schemas and validate against trade repository requirements.
- Interpret and resolve feedback from trade repositories (ACKs/NACKs), including schema and business rule violations.
- Maintain data integrity through reconciliation processes and ensure traceability via data lineage documentation.
- Collaborate with front office, compliance, IT, and operations teams to support reporting workflows and regulatory audits.
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify reporting requirements, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
- Stay current with evolving regulatory standards such as ISO 20022, UPI, and UTI.
- Ensure risk mitigation and ethical conduct by adhering to established procedures, monitoring controls, and promoting compliance culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience which can be a combination of financial services and consulting but must include at least 4 years of consulting experience at a senior manager or manger level.
- Subject matter expertise in the G20 regulatory reporting regimes (EMIR, CFTC, SFTR, CSA etc)
- Proficiency in XML, Excel, and CSV formats; ability to troubleshoot and validate large datasets.
- Experience with trade repositories such as DTCC GTR and their submission protocols.
- Familiarity with trade lifecycle events and their impact on reporting obligations.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments (e.g., swaps, options) and asset classes (e.g., interest rates, credit, FX, equities, commodities).
- Experience working with executive and/or business leadership to manage expectations on engagements and build credibility for our services.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to collaborate with others to achieve commercial success
