Job Description

Are you passionate about content management and technical documentation? Do you thrive in a global, collaborative environment? Join our dynamic Global Training and Documentation team as a Content Management System Administrator and help us shape the future of how we manage and deliver content across the organization.

As a CMS Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our Content Management System (CMS), supporting users across time zones, and ensuring our documentation processes run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the CMS Manager and technical writers to ensure our content is well-organized, accessible, and audit-ready.

  • Administer and support the CMS, including user access, license tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Provide first-line support and training to global CMS users.
  • Manage metadata, document uploads, and legacy content migration.
  • Coordinate with technical writers to ensure documentation quality and consistency.
  • Assist with AI translation processes and CMS analytics reporting.
  • Be part of a global team driving innovation in documentation and content management.
  • Work with cutting-edge tools and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

 

  • Qualification in Information Management, Technical Communication, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and technical documentation workflows.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe FrameMaker, and image editing tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
