Physical Therapist - Rehab Neuro at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is Full time and will work 80-hour, Day shift.

Under the supervision of the Program Manager and consultative supervision of the Physical Therapy Practice Manager, the Physical Therapist I is an expert in movement disorders and is responsible for providing quality care for patients receiving Physical Therapy services, including examination, evaluation, Physical Therapy diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, outcomes, and discharge planning. Other professional roles include but are not limited to consultation, education, critical inquiry, administration, and direction and supervision of personnel.

Required qualifications:

Coursework/Training and Graduate of an accredited (CAPTE) Physical Therapy professional program. Or equivalent education/experience
Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications:

Master's Degree
