Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of call center and customer experience solutions, dedicated to helping large enterprises optimize their customer interactions and workforce management. With a comprehensive suite of software products, the client offers innovative tools designed to enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and improve overall service delivery. The company's solutions are built to support complex environments and are trusted by top-tier organizations worldwide for their reliability, scalability, and advanced functionality.

We are launching a new integration project that connects a contact center platform with Amazon Connect, aiming to improve customer experience and operational efficiency through cloud-native technologies and scalable architecture. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of backend services and APIs using Node.js to support platform integration.
• Define and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on AWS, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with DevOps engineers to enhance deployment pipelines and infrastructure reliability.
• Oversee code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and debugging practices, ensuring delivery of high-standard solutions.
• Mentor team members, foster best practices, and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript. 
• Solid understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, etc.
• Experience with Amazon Connect or other contact center platforms.
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture. 
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, etc.). 
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. 

Nice to Have: 

• Prior work with companies in the contact center domain, such as Genesys, Alvaria, or Five9. 
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and serverless computing. 
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack).
