You'll collaborate with industry experts, receive mentorship, and take part in structured training to build both technical and professional skills. - Gain exposure to Radio Access Network (RAN) and Core Network technologies through structured learning and mentorship.
- Learn to monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Participate in the integration, testing, and troubleshooting of network elements across RAN and Core domains.
- Develop competence in RF/MW planning, CS Core, Packet Core, and IP MPBN systems.
- Support routine health checks, diagnostics, and performance reporting to ensure service stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate network configurations and documentation.
- Engage in continuous learning through Nokia’s EDU platform, focusing on future technologies like 6G, O-RAN, and Radio Intelligence Controllers.
- Uphold compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and customer SLAs.
You have:
- A recent graduate in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn about mobile networks and digital infrastructure.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working with data, tools, and technology in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
