We are seeking an AI/ML Researcher to develop, evaluate, and optimize cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning models. This role combines theoretical research with practical experimentation to advance our capabilities in areas such as generative models, and applied AI systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving challenging problems and delivering impactful AI/ML solutions

Design, implement, and evaluate novel AI/ML algorithms and architectures.
Prototype and validate ideas via experiments, simulations, and benchmarks.
Train models on large datasets, fine-tune architectures, and optimize performance.
Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, product) to integrate research into production systems.
Mentor junior researchers

PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a focus on AI/ML.
Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
Experience with large-scale data processing and cloud environments.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and optimization methods.
Experience designing experiments and analyzing results.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
