Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to maintain supplier 100% DIFOT with 100% po on time placement to suppliers and ensure RM on time delivery to relevant locations while maintaining Dock to Dock.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Share raw material Purchase Orders raised by the procurement team with the suppliers to ensure goods are delivered to the plants on time.
Ensure on time PO placements to allocated suppliers and check though reports to ensure system accuracy such as portal.
Maintain accurate raw material tracking sheets in order to pass accurate information to plant connect team.
Obtain and analyze delivery charts from the allocated suppliers on a timely manner & collaborate with allocated suppliers one week prior to delivery date to ensure 100% DIFOT.
Schedule delivery meetings with suppliers to receive an update on the current delivery status & engage with overseas suppliers for delivery calls on a timely manner to ensure on time delivery
Analyze Raw material delays by allocated suppliers & collaborate with suppliers for the raw materials delays and ensure still meet RM commitment to minimize final impact to production.
Collaborate with plant connect team to get accurate quality issue timely & address any quality issue of the delivered goods when identified to the respective supplier.
Manage Raw materials Stock and claim recoveries related to cost of failures.
Liaise with relevant departments and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure the timely completion of selected projects.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field
Qualifications in Merchandising/ Marketing - Advantageous
4 - 5 years of relevant work experience which includes Merchandising
Knowledge of Fabric, Embellishments, Styles, Samples
Sound knowledge of MS Office applications and the SAP System
Strong Analytical skills
Good Communication/ Interpersonal skills
