We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure seamlessly delivering all tasks pertaining to payroll, attendance, employee relations, recruitment, HR services and other related HR functions driving the operations unit. Ensures compliance and alignment to Group and legislative polices/procedures whilst driving an engaged working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assisting to Conduct meetings with relevant parties to meet the analytical needs 
• Developing power BI dashboards and maintaining relevant databases. 
• Continuously communicating with relevant stakeholders to identical models and dashboards.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

• Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university.
• Sound communication and Negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills 
• Knowledge on Power BI
