Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, Yamazumi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Factory Manager on his daily administrative and activities.
Adhere to the health and safety procedures.
Contribute to achieve the department and organizational goals/ targets in terms of waste, water, chemical, energy and carbon and involve in problem solving (PDCAs) activities with management for any deviation of the performance.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
Generate Daily line budget achievement report for Factory Manager’s perusal.
Maintain hourly in–out and Sold Actual Hour figures, modular-wise and update Factory Manager accordingly.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Undergraduate in Manufacturing with a knowledge of Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, internet research
Basic Documentation Skills in taking notes and report preparation.
Ability to keep work structured and easy to track.
Ability to work with basic data or spreadsheets (for most office roles).
