The Client Solutions team is responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver best-in-class service to clients. The team collaborates with leading agencies and automotive brands in Italy to educate and inform them about the exciting evolution of TikTok as a marketing platform.
- Educate Finance & Government brands and ecosystem partners (media agencies, creative agencies, consulting firms) on TikTok’s marketing solutions and measurement capabilities.
- Develop media strategies, planning, and execution to ensure campaign success aligned with business goals.
- Support the Brand Partnerships Manager and Industry Activation Strategist in pre-sale research, strategy development, and pitch preparation.
- Define and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
- Manage and grow post-sale partner relationships with brands and agencies, ensuring strong engagement and business growth.
- Present findings and insights in a consultative manner to partners and collaborate with internal teams to provide a holistic solution.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns to identify optimization opportunities for improved performance and scalability.
- Work directly with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot partner issues on the platform.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to building strong relationships with partners, in collaboration with the Brand Partnerships Manager.
