Responsibilities：
- Creator Management: Establish and maintain relationships with craters. Understand the needs of creators and execute the action plans to improve their daily performances.
- Collaborate with stakeholder to execute online campaigns.
- Understand the company's existing business, follow industry trends and related businesses, and propose management strategies accordingly.
