Team Introduction
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

- TikTok LIVE Operations: TikTok LIVE Operations team works hand in hand with LIVE creators, and partnership organizations to create an environment where creators can thrive.
- Regional LIVE agency management: TikTok's LATAM LIVE Agency Team recruits and manages agencies to ensure that they become big talent incubators, capable of transforming an average creator into a LIVE star.

Responsibilities:
- Support the operational and administrative process of new potential agencies onboarding and document verification.
- Lead database management through the business development conversion funnel.
- Responsible for potential new agency leads communication channels management.
- Support the execution of TikTok LIVE Latam's agency growth strategy for recruiting, retaining, and helping creators grow in their career as LIVE creators on the platform.
- Conduct day-to-day management operations with agency POCs to materialize and iterate strategic programs to deliver business results.
- Support both internal teams and agencies to carry out in-app and out-of-app campaigns through agencies and agency creators.
