Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the content creation function.
• Lead campaign design, messaging, and creative direction across digital, ATL, and BTL channels.
• Own the communication strategy across all mediums.
• Oversee brand positioning, identity consistency, and marketing guidelines.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, budgets, and ROI, and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing.
• Prior experience in telecom or fintech is preferred.
• Content creation experience is preferred.
