We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Revenue Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the steward of our CRM system, ensuring it empowers our sales organization to focus on what they do best—selling. You’ll play a critical role in optimizing pipeline accuracy, enabling AI-driven insights, and integrating tools that streamline workflows and reduce administrative tasks. You’ll also help optimize our data analytics and powerBi reporting, support sales incentive execution, and help execute iLOQ’s pricing strategy. Convenient location for the job is Espoo, Finland.
What you’ll do:
Your key responsibilities and expected deliverables include:
- CRM Development & Optimization:
- Act as the first line of contact for CRM-related questions, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Develop and maintain CRM system to ensure data integrity, pipeline accuracy, AI implementation, and workflow efficiency.
- Continuously improve CRM usability to reduce administrative burden and increase sales productivity.
- Provide regular reporting on CRM usage, pipeline health, and sales productivity.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to all parts of the organization, from sales manager to group CEO.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and pipeline trends to identify growth opportunities.

- Support strategic planning with data-driven recommendations.
- Sales Incentive Support:
- Collaborate with Finance, HR and Sales leadership to support the day-to-day implementation of sales incentive programs.
- Maintain and update incentive tracking tools, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of performance against targets. Support strategic planning with data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in creating simulation tools to test compensation scenarios and forecast outcomes.
- Pricing support:
- Take primary responsibility for creating, updating, and maintaining price lists across products, regions, and customer segments.
- Support strategic pricing initiatives by collecting internal data, conducting pricing analyses, and preparing materials for decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product management, Finance, and sales teams to ensure pricing data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business goals.
What you’ll bring:
We believe that the best match for the role has following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills—able to turn complex data into compelling business narratives. Excellent English language skill is mandatory.
- Experience in revenue operations, pricing support, or commercial analytics is considered as plus, but most importantly, we are looking for a person with a hunger to learn and develop themselves.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and powerpoint is mandatory, PowerBI considered a plus.
