Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies. Ensure quality of services conforms to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
- Provide expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.
- Work directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.
- Leads audit and inspection preparation. Resolve audit and inspection findings and liaise with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits.
- Prepare reports and/or necessary documentation (ex. Corrective and Preventative Actions) and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Co-ordinate legal requests in support of government investigations.
- Ensure the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
- Facilitate uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of work experience in Quality in a regulated industry
- Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Must meet the qualification requirements for a biological product manufacturing manager
Nice to Have
- Document Control experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, desktop publishing software experience (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat)
- Familiar with modern ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and manufacturing documentation (i.e. BOMs, item masters, DHF, DMR, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Able to work independently and within a Team

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically, an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Deliver and/or manage projects assigned and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower-level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.
