- To lead team responsible for Service claims adjudicaiton to deliver Quality,Timely adjudication of different service claim types
- To plan and excute Claims audits to ensure adherance of MFTBC warranty policy and guidelines
- To up-keep claims governance requirements
- Keep phase with emerging trends in claim adjudication and Governanace
- Leading team of young engineers to set productivity, Efficiency
- Continuously explore new ways to optimise cost of repairs
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly Manageent reports
- Conducting DWMs/ reviews with Dealers/ Management for performance status / prpgress
- Setting Goals, supporting , Review / provide feed back to team to drive high performance
- Keeping team high tranined for new products, skills and motivated to team work and meeting organisational aspirations.
- Passionate, Knowledgeable , Experienced Professional from CV / Car services Industry
- DME/DAE with min 8 years of experience in Customer / Afrersales/ Service claims/Retail services
- (or) Engg Graduate in Mechanical/Autmotive/Mechatronics with min 5 year of CV/Car CS experience
- BI, PPT, Excel, AI applications Sklls to churn data to meaningful / new findings to improve performance / enforce adherance Governance requirements
- Open to challenge status quo and find new.innovative ways to improve way of operations/optimise cost
- Plan, organising and executing skills to Medium/long term strategies
