Reality Labs Social is recruiting for a creative, analytical and strategic Social Manager, Wearables to join our team, driving awareness and consideration for our product portfolio through a strategic lens.
The Social Manager, Wearables role will be responsible for supporting the Wearables Social Lead in the thoughtful architecture and seamless execution of a best-in-class Owned Social strategy for Ray-Ban Meta products. This person will play a critical role in a variety of team efforts, including strategic development, campaign planning, content execution, project management and more. - Support Ray-Ban Meta Social Lead with development and execution of holistic channel suite strategy
- Develop platform-specific strategies, campaigns and franchises across our portfolio of Ray-Ban Meta products, owning content from ideation to publishing
- Drive ongoing creative ideation and execution of ongoing Creator-driven content series programming across Ray-Ban Meta channels, streamline and scaling templatable content programs across platforms
- Track key performance indicators across channels and surface platform-specific insights to improve performance Month over Month
- Partner with Social Creative Team to develop innovative, thumb-stopping content that adheres to strategy, prioritizes social best practices and drives brand engagement
- Align with Social Producers to optimize processes for seamless workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications) to develop plans and ensure alignment
- Develop playbooks and immersive reactive programs in partnership with Community Manager to drive Ray-Ban Meta product brand love and propel user-generated content
- Manage agency partners and other external creative collaborators
- Operate globally by coordinating relevant initiatives with regional marketing counterparts
- 5+ years of experience in social media or community management experience in consumer product categories such as consumer tech, gaming, or entertainment
- Proven track record of creating successful social media strategies and programs
- Solid communication skills with experience influencing strategic decisions
- Fluent understanding of social marketing, creator, and content trends
- Detail-oriented and experience maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines, with many work-streams, projects, stakeholders, and processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience
- Experience in innovative consumer product categories like wearable and/or social-first brands, consumer tech and/or AR/VR technologies, gaming, or tech brands
- Content editing capabilities, and copywriting skills
