Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all processes and requested tasks are done on time and according to the set targets and KPI.
  • Ensures all periodic and repetitive processes are complied with and done on time (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly processes/transactions).
  • Ensures that information logged in the designated databases and systems is accurate and updated.
  • Ensures that information needed by internal and external customers are provided accurately and on time.
  • Ad hoc/stretch Assignments.

 

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any course.
  • 1-3 years experience doing administrative functions in a service environment.
  • Focused, with strong administration and organization skills.
  • Comprehensive administrative, clerical and back-office experience.
  • Time management skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in handling people.
