Junior Data Analyst

To provide accurate, relevant, and timely data analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the organization. The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, and presenting insights through clear reports and visualizations. This role plays a key part in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement based on data-driven evidence.

1. Aligning analysis requirements with process and data source availability
2. Ensuring data quality and readiness for reporting and analysis
3. Continues development and enhancing BI tools capability
4. Create ad-hoc analysis to meet business user requirements
5. Coordinating with different functional teams to implement strategic reports or analysis content

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or Statistics 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (especially from Bioinformatics) 
• Advanced skills using office software for reporting and presentation 
• Good knowledge of the Data Warehouse development concept
• Experience using BI Tools such as Qlikview, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Familiar with RDBMS Databases such as Oracle and SQL Server
• Familiar with DML/DDL SQL processing will be an advantage
• Willing to work on-site in Head Office Bintaro
