• Work as part of a team responsible for maintaining logging roads with an emphasis on winter-season plowing
• Follow strict company environmental rules and best management practices
• Work with safety in mind and wear appropriate PPE for task at hand
• Able to perform daily preventative maintenance

• High school diploma or GED
• Years of Experience Preferred: 2-5 years of experience operating and preventative maintenance of plow gear, excavator, grader, tractor, and/or bulldozer (training available for the right candidate)
• Have reliable transportation
• Ability to work 50-60 hour per week
• Ability to work nights and weekends
