ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Identifies new and current premium slot and table players, with a focus on developing relationships with them.
- Responsible for complete data entry of player information, contacts, letters, phone calls into players tracking system.
- Increases market share and company profitability in accordance with all gaming regulations.
- Develops and promotes special events with target areas as directed.
- Makes reservations for hosted guests as appropriate.
- Represents management at special events and promotions.
- Greeting and hosting guests, and maintains the highest levels of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude throughout.
- Tracks guests’ visits, arranges transportation and accommodations, and provides complimentary services according to established guidelines.
- Keeps informed of competitive promotional methods.
- Required to plan and coordinate multiple VIP hosted events per quarter.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Three to five years’ experience in casino/hotel, customer service, host, or other account management experience preferred.
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to think independently in making decisions to maximize customer service experience and program profitability.
- Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills required.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have a systematic and process-oriented mindset to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
- Excellent networking abilities.
- Must present a well-groomed professional appearance.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to move in and around the Casino/Hotel areas and Caesars Rewards centers throughout the entire shift.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to keep aware of the constant changes and enhancements of the Caesars Rewards program and its benefits.
- Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customers’ demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work at a desk.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Responds to visual and aural cues.
- Must have manual dexterity to be able to operate the following equipment: computer, telephone, photocopy machine, fax machine, ten-key, embosser, printer, and bar encoder.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
