General Overview of Position:
The Sales Support Coordinator (SSC)
- Support to Central Division sales team
The SSC position requires high organizational skills and meticulous in details. Since the SSC can work directly with clients, trade partners and internal Arcxis staff, this role is expected to always remain professional during correspondence. The position requires a high level of customer service and exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Writing proposals
- Coordinating pricing for proposals based on current calculators
- Send project Kick-off emails
- At the direction of the Executive Vice President / Sales Managers –
- Will be responsible for confirming the delivery and receipt of all documents throughout the proposal and contracting process as well as deliverables relevant to the contract throughout the life of the projects
- Working with all Arcxis departments, the SSC will coordinate the project kick off, deliverable timelines and client expectations.
- The SSC will always keep the clients informed and up to date on contract deliverables across Arcxis, throughout the life of the project
- Sales Support
- The SSC is responsible for assisting Sales Managers (where assigned) on writing proposals, receiving, and validating contracts for each proposal sent out to clients
- The SSC is responsible for taking over the administration for projects after the Sales Manager has closed the contract
- It is critical that SSC manages client expectations and escalates where there is a discrepancy in expectations.
- The SSC is responsible for gathering essential data for the Operations teams to move forward with their scopes of work. This is called the Project Kick-Off process.
- The SSC reaches out to clients / architects as needed or directed by others within Arcxis to obtain all information needed to complete a task - this includes plans, plan revisions, client directions outside of builder standards
- The SSC gathers essential data points from the client and disseminates it to the various Operations teams specified in the proposal / contract

Requirements
Education, Experience, and Desired Qualifications:
- Relevant Sales Support Experience
- Advanced Computer Literacy
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
