Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time Floater

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join the therapy teams at our partner continuing care senior living communities in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and the surrounding counties. Scheduling can be very flexible and creative and is based on caseload and staffing needs at the assigned facilities. This is a unique opportunity to experience a variety of work environments, team dynamics and patient populations.

• Flexible full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 30–40 hours/week).
• Float between facilities, typically two sites per day, with compensated drive time and mileage for qualified travel.
• Strong interdisciplinary support and welcoming therapy teams.

What You Bring:

• Active Indiana Physical Therapy license (or eligible to obtain)
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Passion for working with older adults and improving quality of life
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
 

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
