Warehouse Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the site supervisor and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and suggest improvements

Shift:

Monday - Friday 

2nd Shift : 2:00pm - 11:00pm

Pay rate:

$26/hr. 

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Desire to build an amazing team
• Have a positive, solution-focused, attitude
• Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Proven experience in warehouse operations/logistics
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
