Outpatient Rehab Tech/Receptionist
 

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Outpatient Rehab Tech/Receptionist to join our therapy team! In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our outpatient department while also supporting our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists in providing exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist patients in the outpatient therapy area.
• Schedule appointments, complete patient intake, and coordinate insurance details.
• Support licensed therapists during treatment sessions.
• Monitor patient responses and report concerns to the supervising therapist.
• Keep equipment maintained, supplies stocked, and the therapy area running smoothly.
• Provide gym tours and orient patients to equipment.
• Maintain records and assist with special projects.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Billing/Insurance Knowlege Preferred 
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
