Now Hiring: Central Scheduler – Specialty Clinic
We’re currently seeking a dedicated Central Scheduler to join our Specialty Clinic team. In this important role, you’ll help coordinate care and ensure a smooth, supportive experience for our patients—from scheduling procedures to managing vital communication between providers and departments.

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Position Summary:
As a Central Scheduler, you will support both direct and indirect patient care within our medical, surgical, and specialty clinic settings. You’ll serve as a key liaison between patients, families, staff, and providers—scheduling ancillary services, verifying orders, coordinating authorizations, and ensuring all paperwork and equipment are in place for procedures. You’ll play a vital part in upholding hospital policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have the desire to improve health, get results, be self-motivated, and be compassionate to our patients and guests.
Additional requirements for the right person:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Maintains current CNA licensure in the state of Idaho or current Registered or Certified Medical Assistant
- Current BLS Certification.
- Ability to use sound judgment and cope with potentially stressful situations
- Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards of performance improvement and organizational values (e.g., efficiency & financial responsibility, safety, partnership & service, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and trust & respect).
- Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with principles for service excellence.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of medical terminology
