Your Mission:
As a thoughtful creative storyteller who develops effective and memorable creator campaigns, you’ll bring audience insights, strategy and design to winning proposal development. You’ll be a trusted cross-functional partner within Captiv8, accountable for building influencer marketing proposals that ensure Captiv8 revenue goals are exceeded.
You are naturally proactive and curious, demonstrating an initiative to learn as both an individual contributor and within a collaborative environment. You’ll contribute to the team’s growth through shared best practices, learnings, and thought leadership.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Planning & Relationships 60%
- Own RFP responses, preferred partnership recommendations and long-term projects
- Development of client proposals through a clear storytelling narrative; from insights and strategy to creative concepts, packaging and pricing,
- Crafts exceptional influencer creative and media strategies for Enterprise clients across assigned verticals (e.g. CPG, Health/Beauty, Pharma, Automotive, and Technology)
- Provide insights-driven strategic recommendations on platforms/channel, talent, tactics, creative concepts, and measurement solutions
- Stay immersed in the influencer/creator economy, providing direction on new trends, platform news and features, and culturally relevant events
- Investigate client objectives beyond the ‘brief’ to understand how they are defining success and how we can exceed expectations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with talent, paid, account management and execution teams to develop best-in-class solutions
- Collaborate with the Partner Innovations team to understand third party partners offerings and establish strategic partnership opportunities
- Work with clients directly to present proposals and collaborate on new initiatives
Research & Analysis 20%
- Analyze consumer & competitive insights, trends, past campaign performance, and social listening to inform strategies
- Identify unique insights and key patterns from historical campaigns reports, industry reports to apply to future client opportunities
- Identify insights & future opportunities from campaign performance data in collaboration with Analytics team
- Facilitate breakout brainstorm sessions for collaborative ideation
Project Management 15%
- Project manage & facilitate the forward movement of proposals through the sales process toward a seamless execution with brand management
- Communicate & collaboration across teams (i.e. Creative, Talent, Brand Management, Partnerships)
- Ensure top-notch quality control and consistency to build client trust across assigned vertical portfolio
Team Mentor & Coaching 5%
- Support onboarding of new team members on all aspects of the role & process
- Support junior team members for growth & development
Qualifications You'll Bring:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years experience working in creative strategy development (4+ years within social media and influencer marketing)
- Entrenched in the digital/social media and branded content landscape with a strong pulse on influencer trends, social behavior, and platform features (Meta, Tiktok, YouTube, Twitch, Pinterest and Linkedin)
- Proven ability to persuade & advise clients & agency counterparts at the Enterprise level
- Excellent project management skills to manage multiple programs at various stages internally & externally
- Entrepreneurial and curious spirit to brainstorm and come up with creative solutions
- An eye for slide design + the ability to develop custom materials (top tier proposals, first-to-market offerings + proactive collateral)
- Pitch-experience preferred (both virtually and in person)
- Interest or experience in startups
