About the Team:

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program supports end-to-end access management for all employees, contractors and the systems and applications to which access is granted.

Impact :

This position resides within the Cyber Security organization supporting the deployment, engineering and ongoing maintenance of the tools and the systems they utilize to keep the IAM program moving forward. This will be an individual contributor role reporting directly to the IAM Operations Manager.

Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Firm understanding of IAM Risk Framework and Identity Life Cycle Management.
  • Enforce mechanisms to proactively monitor, respond and report on inappropriate data events.
  • Aid in development of a strong Identity Governance Program by identifying and working with Stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SailPoint
  • Direct Operational oversight within Identity and Access Management which includes but not limited to centralized identity access services, recertifications, data quality and governance.
  • Coaching new team members
  • Familiar with general cloud computing and related security concepts.
  • Working experience with internal audit, external auditors, 1LOD, 2LOD and 3LOD.
  • Accountable to audit and compliance to evidence completeness and to provide operational walkthroughs and documentation.
  • ‘Can do’ attitude and ability to operate in large, multinational company.

Skills and Qualification (Functional and Technical Skills)

Functional Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a background with engineering and administration of the technologies listed below and be driven and can work under pressure to support quick turnarounds on deliverables. The candidate must have good soft skills to work across multiple teams and domains.

Technical/Business Skills:

  • Need strong understanding about SailPoint IIQ tool
  • Need to have basic understanding about CyberArk
  • In-depth understanding of Identity lifecycle management, governance, provisioning workflows, SOD and RBAC.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance policies.
  • Experience of working with functional business and technical teams in a large and complex environment.
  • Must be able to work independently or with a team, under minimum supervision.
  • Leader in the Identity and Access Management Governance space with excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills.
  • General understanding of Agile processes and able to effectively communicate with application and business stakeholders.
  • Understand and overlook into the SailPoint administrative activities including running certification campaigns, Provisioning/De-provisioning, JML events.
  • Must possess solid critical thinking skills with capability to envision creative solutions to moderately complex and challenging business processes.
