Senior Technical Consultant: Copilot

Who we're looking for

As a Senior Technical Consultant for Copilot in the AI practice, you will be working as part of an agile team where you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the adoption and rollout of M365 Copilot, Agents with Copilot Studio and their auxiliary services.  

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design AI solutions, and ensure successful integration and deployment. You will also be responsible for feeding these client learnings into our internal and external AI Strategy and how we showcase the latest AI capabilities both internally and with clients as part of our GTM Strategy. 

We work with a Winning from Anywhere® approach but there is an element of travel to client sites when required, along with travel to our company conference and events.

What you'll be delivering

• Work with the Practice Group Director – AI and Chief Data & AI Officer on Transparity’s Copilot strategy, delivery approach, and how that fits into the wider AI Strategy.
• Provide technical expertise in AI technologies, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint Agents etc.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI solutions.
• Scope and create proposals to address client needs.
• Conduct user and data analysis to identify high value use-cases which are repeatable across line of business personas and industries.
• Responsible for successful client deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, pairing opportunities, and code reviews to encourage the growth of others.
• Have strong, persuasive presentation style that can evangelise: 
  • Both Microsoft & Transparity’s AI Strategy and Partnership
  • Compelling customer stories and use-cases
• Create demos and internal projects to showcase how Copilot and AI technologies can be leveraged.
• Provide training and support to clients on Copilot & Agents best practices and extensibility options.
• Potential future line manager opportunity to lead both Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot Consultants 
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Copilot, Agents and Microsoft’s AI strategy.
• Support Transparity’s growing relationship with Microsoft for demand generation by presenting to Microsoft teams, collaborating with Microsoft stakeholders for M365 and attending Microsoft training sessions.

We think you'll be successful in this role if you have some of the following

• A passion for fostering good engineering practices, tools, and processes, with a strong interest in mentoring and developing engineers
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on effective collaboration in a distributed team environment
• A strong customer focus and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Proven experience in building, operating, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems, including incident response and participation in 24/7 on-call rotations
• Understanding of large language model (LLM) technologies, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and online/offline evaluation methods would be beneficial 
• Familiarity with Azure services and its ecosystem of tools and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Bachelors/master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
