As the Senior Manager, Human Resource Strategy & Programs, you will be accountable for leading, developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of strategy, programs, and progress within the Human Resources function. In addition, you will lead, coordinate, and prioritize planning efforts among the Human Resources management and leadership teams alongside supporting change and communications strategy and execution for key HR programs. You will also lead the development of the annual HR budget and support the Chief Human Resource Officer in managing the annual HR budget.
How you will create impact:
- Fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders to identify, define and support the resolution of business challenges, including influencing others to adopt new concepts and ideas and take advantage of opportunities for business transformation.
- Applying critical thinking to significant business challenges, recommending solutions and engaging senior leadership to sponsor and drive organizational change.
- Creating and supervising the execution of the Program plan, resolves conflicting priorities, manages stakeholder relationships, identifies, and reports quarterly on the progress of the overall HR program.
- Facilitates the development of the HR Strategy, annual plan and manage the Program execution of the annual HR plan.
- Tracks performance of HR Plan and develops the quarterly Operating Reviews.
- Plans and executes the HR Change, Communication & Marketing strategy in support of the annual HR plan.
- In collaboration with the CHRO and the HR Leadership team, ensure meeting agendas enable the effective execution of our annual HR Plan and broader HR strategy.
- Working closely with the CHRO, leads various initiatives, researching opportunities, gaps, risk and presenting back to the HR leadership team.
- Coaching and developing your team, recruiting and selecting talent, managing and rewarding performance, and fostering an agile culture to deliver on strategic objectives.

- Ability to support with the transition and transformation of the department's goals, processes, or technologies.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present these ideas to senior management and other stakeholder groups.
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Having or working towards a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation an asset.
- Management Consulting experience is considered an asset.
