Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of end-to-end hiring processes.
- Drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives to strengthen recruitment practices and enhance overall efficiency.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role specifications, and organizational needs.
- Develop well-defined job descriptions and structured interview frameworks aligned with position requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and coaching on recruitment strategies, talent market insights, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial HR role within the services or BFSI sector.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic recruitment expertise.
- Proven ability to build efficient, scalable, and effective hiring processes.
