Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives to strengthen recruitment practices and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role specifications, and organizational needs.
  • Develop well-defined job descriptions and structured interview frameworks aligned with position requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and coaching on recruitment strategies, talent market insights, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial HR role within the services or BFSI sector.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic recruitment expertise.
  • Proven ability to build efficient, scalable, and effective hiring processes.
