Job Description
Purpose
To enable business with insightful trends / analytics related to IBT Business (Revenue Size – Rs 700 Crs)
- Effective business partnering in order to drive growth & profitability
- To have adequate financial oversight and controls on various channels of IBT business.
- To ensure robust governance and ongoing monitoring mechanism
Responsibility
- Support the business in preparation of annual operating plan and identify levers for revenue maximization, minimize leakages and margin improvements
- Closely working with IBT team to track their performance, support with insightful data & analytics and drive the efficiency of business
- Review and Approval of pricing, discounts and trade schemes in line with establishing guidelines.
- Effective business partnering and supporting business in day-to-day operations
- Monitoring of internal controls & process, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate controls
- Drive simplification & automation of processes and lead the implementation of projects
- Ensure compliance with internal SOP’s, commercial policy and SOX guidelines.
- Regular field & stockist visits to gain insights on the business
- Monthly book closing activities
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- CA with 6-7 years of experience with sharp analytics, good communication, effective collaboration, strong governance and business partner approach.
- Preferably from Pharma background

Finance
The Finance function at Dr. Reddy's goes beyond the traditional roles of monitoring costs, supervising accounting and creating reports. Deep into its digitalization transformation journey, the function works with all departments in the organization as a strategic partner and plays a major role in supporting management in its decision making.
The function is distributed globally and has business partnering teams allied to different business units as Controller and Planners. And, secondly distributed as multiple Centre of Excellence housed in Corporate office, such as treasury, Risk & Assurance, Taxation, Corporate Analytics, Investor Relations, GFRT and GBS.
