About the role:

As our FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support Amenitiz’s growth. You’ll build models, develop reporting tools, and provide insights that guide decision-making across the company.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment, sharpen technical skills, and grow into a true strategic finance partner.

Your missions

Build, improve, and automate financial models to support planning, forecasting, and business decisions.
Own monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring timely delivery of accurate results and insights.
Perform variance and trend analysis, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business drivers and translate them into financial impact.
Support fundraising processes, preparing analyses and data required by investors.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools (Looker, Google Sheets) to make data accessible and actionable.
Assist in the creation of internal and external financial presentations for leadership and investors.
Continuously improve FP&A processes and bring new ideas to enhance scalability and accuracy.

About you

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in FP&A or a finance-related role, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth environment.
Strong background in financial modeling and business analysis.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Looker or other BI tools is a strong plus.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect numbers to strategic decisions.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and C-Level executives.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear, concise way.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and curious, with the drive to improve processes and create impact.
Proficient in English.
