Job Description

Become a driving force behind the global development of our people and culture. As a Global People Development Expert, you will play a key role in designing and implementing talent development strategies, fostering a strong feedback culture, and supporting our global workforce in reaching their full potential. Through internal consulting, strategic process ownership, and targeted development programs, you will help shape the future of LEONI’s talent landscape.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Designing, implementing, and managing global talent development projects and programs for defined target groups
  • Acting as an internal consultant and subject matter expert for all talent development–related topics
  • Implementing and monitoring global People Development processes, guidelines, and standards
  • Supporting the global annual talent management cycle, including the facilitation of performance and development conferences
  • Providing development diagnostics and career counselling for selected employee groups
  • Orchestrating global succession planning by analyzing collected talent data, leading the design and implementation of development programs according to identified succession needs
  • Serving as an internal trainer by facilitating and coordinating the delivery of selected talent development programs

Qualifications

What do we expect from you?

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in talent management, people development, or leadership development, ideally in a global environment
  • Strategic and conceptual thinking, combined with the ability to deliver operational results
  • Knowledge of development diagnostics, feedback tools, and modern learning methodologies
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually
  • Familiarity with global talent frameworks, evaluation systems, and succession planning concepts
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are an advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and organizational levels
  • Proficiency in HR technologies & data analytics for talent insights and decision-making.

Basic gross guaranteed salary: from 2500 EUR/Brutto +13th salary The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
