Description
Talbert, Bright & Ellington, LLC. is looking for a talented Human Resources Manager to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina.The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all human resources functions. This includes the implementation and execution of HR polices & procedures, employee relations, talent management, and employment laws & compliance. The Human Resources Manager, partners with leadership to ensure HR processes enable business objectives, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition- Partner with management team to identify workforce needs.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team through oversight of the recruitment process, including job postings prioritization, supporting coordination of interviews, and managing offer processes, and onboarding.
Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
- Ensure smooth integration into the company culture and teams.
- Track onboarding processes and take corrective actions for process gaps.
Employee Relations, Compliance & HR Policies
- Regularly update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Implement and track workforce metrics (turnover, headcount, time-to-fill, overtime, etc.) to inform decision-making.
- Administer and manage employee compensation, conduct salary surveys and benchmark compensation packages.
- Ensure organization follows local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Comfortable working and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent oral, written and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self-motivated.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources management.
- Strong knowledge in employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with HRIS (ADP) and talent management software, preferred.
