As part of the Quality and Performance Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and performance of our products. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering teams to create efficient, scalable, and reliable automated test scripts that contribute to our continuous integration and delivery pipeline.
What you'll own
- Design and implement robust test automation frameworks for regression, performance, functional, and integration testing.
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify, document, and report bugs and performance issues.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyse user stories and requirements to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
What you'll bring to the team
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with a focus on test coaching and automation.
- Solid understanding of using technical tools like Playwright, Appium and Jmeter.
- Deep understanding of Quality Engineering methodologies, tools, best practices, including test planning, test case development, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to manage sprints and backlogs.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
