We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our PM/Service Delivery Management team. The role involves overseeing project delivery, managing transition processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for our German business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage IT projects and/or service transformation initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure).

Coordinate transition processes, including onboarding new services from vendors and ensuring smooth integration with existing operations.

Oversee Service Delivery, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are met.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders communicating effectively in German and English

Identify risks and project issues, initiate corrective actions, and report status to senior management.

Collaborate with PM, SDM, and pre-sales teams to support strategic initiatives.

Prepare reports and analyses on project progress and service performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Transition Manager, and/or Service Delivery Manager.

Experience working with German business clients.

Fluent business-level German (B2/C1).

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and ITIL processes.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different organizational levels.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
