Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging large and heavy components into complete units or subassemblies. This position involves working from engineering specifications and using a variety of hand tools, power tools, specialized equipment and welding.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble heavy machinery components according to specifications and blueprints

Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assembly tasks

Perform quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure functionality and safety

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly challenges

Document assembly processes and report discrepancies or concerns to supervisors

Prepare and package parts for shipment according to company standards
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
At least 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing of heavy equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
-
Proficient with hand and power tools
-
Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Preferred:
-
Technical certification in a related field
- Welding experience
