Responsibilities include:
- Adhere to guest service requirement listed above.
- Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by an Ameristar entity.
- Track team member’s attendance in accordance with approved attendance-tracking system.
- Responsible for confirming department team members’ time in Kronos daily.
- Prepare and manage departmental schedules to ensure adequate coverage while aligning with labor guidelines.
- Coordinate schedule changes, shift swaps, and time-off requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Design, organize and maintain filing systems as necessary for classifying, retrieving, and disposing of correspondence, records, reports, and other documents.
- Assemble information for various reports, briefings, meetings, and inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Prepare technical, reports, payroll and other documents making independent decisions regarding format and arrangement.
- Maintain inventories and order a variety of office equipment and supplies as needed and order machine parts for the slot techs.
- Schedule meetings of the department’s staff.
- Comply with all Company and departmental policies, procedures, and internal controls.

- 2 years administrative experience
- Gaming experience preferred.
- Able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two years of College or University in concentration areas of secretarial/clerical experience.
- Possesses good knowledge of office procedures and the ability to interact within an office setting.
- Must be able to type 45 wpm.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to make independent decisions regarding format, arrangement of reports and correspondence.
- Ability to recognize correct grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License
STARTING SALARY
