Job Description:

Finance and Business Operations Intern

Essential Functions:

Under the guidance of experienced F&A professionals, you will get the chance to:

Gain insights into the Finance and Administration processes in a multinational company.
Support Finance and Administration activities and its integration with the overall business and functional areas.
Work with ERP and Business systems (IFS, Auditboard, SAP-Concur, PowerBi, etc)
Support key F&A processes across Europe, including:

Supporting system Entries and reconciliations
Tracking Statutory documentation.
Assisting with Policies updates and training.
Support ERP and system enhancements to secure Finance Processes and statutory financials accuracy.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Master´s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Data analytics, or related field.
Comfortable working with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Interested in ERP systems and PowerBI
Fluent in English & Spanish (additional languages are a plus!)
A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player with a passion for Business.
