What are we looking for?
We're looking for an Employee Experience Intern to join our People team in Amsterdam. In this role, you'll help create a meaningful and engaging workplace for our employees through a blend of administrative support, program coordination, and creative projects. You’ll assist with onboarding logistics, benefits documentation, wellness initiatives, internal communications, and in-person events. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about building an inclusive and high-impact employee experience. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to multiple areas of HR, culture, and operations at a fast-growing tech company.
What will you do?
Onboarding
• Support logistics, materials, and checklists for onboarding
• Coordinate first-day experiences and gather feedback
Benefits & Wellness
• Organize and track benefit usage
• Maintain internal benefits documentation
• Research and suggest perk/wellness improvements
Employee Experience & Engagement
• Assist in planning in-person events and team activities
• Support internal comms, celebrations, and culture initiatives
HR Operations & Admin
• Maintain records and systems
• Help with documentation and internal process improvements
Projects You Could Own or Support
• Benefits overview guide
• In-person events calendar
• Employee experience touchpoint mapping
• Pulse surveys and feedback reports
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Creative and proactive in thinking about ways to enhance team culture
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• A genuine interest in employee engagement, events, and wellness
