Position: Program Management Specialist - Onsite Merchandising

Team Description

The Onsite Merchandising team is looking for a Program Manager who is passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experiences through data-driven merchandising strategies and operational excellence.

This role will support and execute high-impact initiatives that enhance the quality, relevance, and performance of onsite content across Coupang’s Taiwan platform.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They should be able to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

What will you do?

Ensure onsite merchandising content (e.g., banners, modules, landing pages) is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand and business goals, while maintaining parity with standards.
Assist in building and optimizing merchandising programs—including process setup, documentation, and performance tracking using key metrics.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve onsite content effectiveness.
Collaborate with KR HQ and cross-functional teams to support localization and implementation of merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

Required:

3+ years of experience in operations, program management, or merchandising execution
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with dashboards or reporting tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Native Chinese required & fluent English

Preferred:

Experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus
Background in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing operations
