Associate, Vendor Onboarding (Freelancer)

Job Description

• Understand the all processes of Onboarding Vendor
• Assist team on face-to-face of call training sessions with potential vendor
• Setting up relevant accounts for potential vendors for them to start selling on foodpanda
• Full responsibilities of high offline vendor project (both Incubation and Mature vendor)
• Communicate with vendor related with company process and rule
• Supporting and fix device issue
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace or similar tools
• Outgoing and convincing personality to build vendor relationships
• Prior call center experience a plus
• Structured and target-oriented approach when working on project
