Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring a Sales Support Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to manage CRM data, provide vendor support, create reports, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in sales operations while building cross-functional skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Compensation up to $50k/year!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain CRM records, perform data entry, and support pricing and reporting needs.
- Manage communication with vendors on behalf of the sales team.
- Handle documentation, account updates, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Identify issues and offer solutions to support sales effectiveness.

- Comfortable working with Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
