JOB SUMMARY: The SVP, Senior Product Manager is responsible for the lifecycle of their assigned products and services. This includes developing, designing, implementing, promoting, and owning deposit, treasury management and payments products that allow profitable deposit growth, operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for the development, testing, pricing/billing, execution and support of Deposit, Treasury Management, and Payments products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate business strategy into product strategy
- Own the product roadmap
- Execute product strategy by driving action throughout the organization to get products to market
- Plan and carry out product launches
- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
- Define product requirements and coordinate vendor selection when applicable for new products and services.
- Analyze, review and recommend changes as needed to improve existing products
- Maintain strong working relationships with key Bank partners; Work closely with key internal partners to ensure that all aspects of the deposit products and services offered are successful
- Knowledgeable about how the core and ancillary systems work in order to successfully create and implement products and services
- Complete vendor due diligence and risk assessments
- Recommend pricing for products and services to ensure profitability
- Maintain ownership of products and services (review analytics such as adoption rate and profitability) to determine success, challenges, customer satisfaction, profitability and make changes or revisions as needed to meet goals
- Provide periodic training on products to ensure staff awareness
- Stays engaged with the industry to understand and stay current with trends and new products, presenting research findings and using knowledge to build business cases for product enhancements
- Answer questions from front line sales representatives and assist with prospect/client meetings as needed
- Project management, in-depth analytics, presentations, training, third-party vendor engagement, and shaping business and system requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Treasury Management Operations and/or Product Management required
- Certified Treasury Professional preferred
- Understanding of business payment and receivable processes
- Knowledge of financial services and operations best practices
- Proven success multi-tasking with the ability to manage multiple priorities and 5-7 products at once
- Experience in the Product Management lifecycle including idea generation, developing, implementing, and managing products and services preferred
- Experience with FIS IBS core, or Digital One preferred
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build credibility across multiple lines of business
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Can work independently and within a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach
