What You Will Do 

  • Build and manage relationships with merchants to drive business growth
  • Analyze merchant performance data and develop tailored growth strategies
  • Identify and resolve merchants' pain points through high-impact projects
  • Build long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring high levels of merchants satisfaction
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales or growth targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Fluent level English
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or other BI/CRM tool
