JOB SUMMARY:

The Game Night assistant will work hand in hand with the Florida Panthers Corporate Partnerships department on game night duties at the arena. You will be provided with hands-on experience within a professional sports corporate partnership environment. This entails capturing proof of performance, assisting partners on gameday activations, and walking through the arena to ensure everything is ready to go for that game night. By assisting the corporate partnerships department, gaining experience in the corporate partnership world, and learning the culture of the organization, this has the potential to lead to a full-time internship with the Panthers or around the sports industry.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

College level students or recently graduated students
Capture photos of partnership assets to use in Decks and Recaps for partners
Assist the corporate partnership team in game night activations for partners
Flexible schedule for work hours
Assist the corporate partnership team in VIP experiences for partners like the Zamboni ride, penalty box, benchwarmers
Strategically provide ideas and recommendations on ways to improve partners game night experiences

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong teamwork aptitude required
Client-service attitude and strong professionalism with clients, vendors and any talent involved
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high-level positions

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position works in an arena where the noise level is generally high, crowd traffic is heavy, temperatures are variable – often cold; lights are bright or dark with occasional exposure to flashing lights and pyrotechnics.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a Part-Time Seasonal position. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and occasional holidays.
