BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Talent Partner to work remotely, with frequent travel to our headquarters in Pennsauken, NJ as needed.
Responsibilities for a Senior Manager, Strategic Talent Partner:
- Serve as a transformational leader and trusted advisor, dedicated to advancing the organization’s mission by driving exceptional talent outcomes across the organization.
- Shape a high-performing, people-focused culture that empowers employees and supports the organization’s vision for future excellence.
- Ability to regularly identify priorities/opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work independently.
- Gather resources, collaborate, and communicate with leaders to assist stakeholders in recruiting, retaining, developing, and managing talent.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to recommend, execute, and measure innovative approaches to promote a thriving, inclusive workplace.
- Build and enable collaborative partnerships across departments to ensure accountability, mutual support, and alignment with BAYADA’s mission and core values.
- Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies.
- Partner with dedicated stakeholders within the business unit to define and execute culture and people strategies that support the goals of the division and align to the business unit and practice.
- Effectively prioritize workload and stakeholder needs using sound judgement in decision-making.
- Execute and support the dedicated stakeholders in recruitment, selection, retention, management development, performance management, succession planning, compensation, and employee relations.
- Assume responsibility for specified talent functions including performance reviews, workforce planning, talent roundtables, succession plans, and PI and development.
- Leverage data and analytics to support talent strategies, gathering, organizing, and assessing workforce trends, engagement findings, and turnover metrics to offer actionable insights that help drive BAYADA’s people-focused mission.
- Provide employee relations support by responding to staff inquiries, documenting concerns, and escalating complex issues to senior HR professionals while preserving an atmosphere of trust, respect, and caring. Assist operational leaders in assessing and understanding skills gaps within the dedicated business unit.
- Seek out, build and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships and alliances inside and outside the organization.
- Function as part of the larger people team by collaborating and leveraging enterprise people group resources.
- Along with Division Directors and Directors, support EEX efforts, results, plans and recognition within the dedicated business unit.
- Assist the Division Directors and Directors in creating a people vision for their groups.
- Assume responsibility for team performance diagnosis and recommendations in alignment with the enterprise and practice strategies and best practices.
- Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
- Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
Qualifications for a Senior Manager, Strategic Talent Partner:
- Four (4) year college degree required, preferably in an HR-related field
- Four (4) to six (6) plus years of experience in Human Resources.
- Track record of sustained success in a service environment with an employee intensive, geographically decentralized business.
- Track record of successfully developing employees/teams
- Experience implementing talent management best practices
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and identify priorities
- Demonstrate key leadership competencies as defined by the practice and the company
- Must have strong intellect, business acumen, collaborative style and relationship building
- Work with a high level of discretion and integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Advanced analytical and excel skills (Pivot Tables, advanced functions).
- Experience in PowerPoint presentation
- Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job duties
- Acceptable pre-employment assessment experience
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $95,000- $105,000/ year
- Incentive potential: 12.5%
