  • Drive standardization across development environments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions, and deployment practices

Technical Innovation

  • Assist with the design of migration strategies that ensure zero-downtime transitions for mission-critical systems
  • Champion cloud-native architectures, Infrastructure as Code, and modern DevOps practices
  • Define platform KPIs and implement data-driven decision frameworks for continuous improvement

Communication & Influence

  • Serve as a key liaison between engineering teams, product leadership, and executive stakeholders
  • Create compelling narratives that drive buy-in for large-scale platform transformations
  • Facilitate technical decision-making forums with Principal Engineers and Architects
  • Mentor TPMs as needed.

What You'll Bring

Required Experience

  • 12+ years of technical program management experience with at least 5 years at Principal/Staff level
  • Proven track record leading large-scale platform and software development tool migrations (e.g., version control systems, CI/CD platforms, monitoring stacks)
  • Deep expertise in merging and consolidating diverse software and DevOps platforms across acquired companies or disparate teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Critical Skills

  • Exceptional communication abilities – capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences from engineers to executives
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term deliverables
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making with expertise in metrics definition and analysis
